Usually mainland UK orders are packed, dispatched and delivered to your door within 3 working days, but please allow up to 7 days for some items and also products needing specialised delivery services. Delivery times throughout the UK are kept to a minimum by using a combination of our own transport, Parcel Force and national couriers. Deliveries to the rest of Europe usually take 5-7 working days, and worldwide 10-14 working days. If any unusual delays are due to occur you will be informed by a member of staff.
Our parcel carriers deliver weekdays between 7am and 5pm. If nobody is available to receive and sign for the delivery it will be left in a safe location or with a neighbour (complying with any instructions given). If this is not possible a card will be left with the carrier's telephone number. Please call the number to arrange for redelivery or collection.
Our shopping basket is the same in every country. Goods are priced in UK sterling, and a currency converter is linked to the checkout. For delivery to any country outside the UK please telephone +44 116 2677091.
If you are a Premier Shopper you can sign-in using the login section at the top of the page and check your order's status. This will notify you if an item is out of stock or when it has been delivered.
At Aquatics.co.uk we want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods for any reason you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or a full refund. Goods must be in the same condition as when despatched.
You also have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason and return the goods to Aquatics.co.uk for a full refund. Any refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation. We will also refund any postage costs incurred in returning the goods if the return is a result of our error we made in fulfilling your order, or the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To make a return please send the item(s) together with the original invoice and a covering letter explaining the reason for the return. Please wrap all items securely and send the package to the address below:
