The Aquamax Eco range is a range of pumps designed to be more environmentally friendly pond pump with know sacrifice in power, The aquamax eco is designed to use 40% less power than other models of the same power. The Aquamax Eco 12000 and Aquamax Eco 16000 now features an seasonal flow control. The seasonal flow control allows the pump to use up to 60% percent less power in total. The seasonal flow control works by reducing the speed of the pump in accordance with the temperature. As the temperature reduces so does the pumping speed. This means that when the pump is needed less then it reduces in speed and when the pump is needed more then it increases in speed. Which helps to support the biological aspects of the pond in the winter and as a result means that the aquamax eco uses less power when there is not the demand for the high water flow.
The Aquamax range is known worldwide for pumping polluted water into filter systems. The Aquamax range changed the pond pump market forever, now with the new Aquamax a winning formula has been improved upon. Aquamax pumps were the first filter pumps that would stand the test of time in continuous running over many years. They have significantly better ratings than any other submersible and sump pumps in a direct comparison. Those other submersible pumps with their high power consumption, weak bearings and limited life span (seldom more than 3000 ope- rating hours) are now a thing of the past.
